The Redevelopment of the former 70-acre Richmond Town Square Regional Mall, Richmond Heights, Ohio (Cleveland MSA) into a 1.7 million square foot mixed-use, live-work-play urban campus community presented by DealPoint Merrill, LLC (Sponsor) Construction to commence 2nd Quarter, 2023.  The project is comprised of a 798 luxury one and two-bedroom luxury apartments, 159,000 square-foot Meijer Grocery Supercenter, and 120,725 square feet of restaurants and daily-needs retail. 

The project is being developed in "three phases" which is further described in more detail.

Phase 1:
    486 luxury multi-family units, consisting of seven separate three- and four-story buildings 
  and 17,190 square feet of retail and restaurants.

  • Phase 1A consists of 217 luxury multi-family units on approximately 12.21 acres with 17,190 square feet of retail, a 7,000 square foot outparcel for future restaurant, and 3,970 square foot permanent leasing center.

  • Phase 1B consists of 269 luxury multi-family units on approximately 12.53 acres.

Phase 2:   312 luxury multi-family units, consisting of six separate three- and four-story buildings  and 47,245 square feet of retail and restaurants on approximately 16 acres. 

Phase 3:   354,230 square feet of grocery, retail and restaurants consisting of consisting of a 159,900 square foot Meijer supercenter grocery store (expecting to have over 2 million customer visits per year), 34,330 square foot of retail and restaurant on approximately 26.5 acres, together with an adjoining 160,000 square foot Life Storage climate control self storage facility (Not a Part) on approximately 2.3 acres.
